Global Malt–Germany
The world-wide recognition of Germany as one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of excellent brewing mal might be explained by a combination of century-old traditions and generations of experience in malting business.
Such traditions and experience contitute the roots of GlobalMalt, which has united three large German malting companies: Schill Malz Worms, Tivoli Malz Hamburg and Thywissen Malz Muelheim/Ruhr.
With six malthouses in Germany, GlobalMalt is today not only the leading German malthouse but also one of the main exporters of malt worldwide. In order to live up to these expectations the companyh was named GlobalMalt in 2000.
