Celite Cynergy™ Filter Aid
Celite Cynergy filter aid is a beer stabilizing diatomite product that filters like DE and cold stabilizes like silica gel.
It also performs better than using conventional DE and silica gel.

Celite Z-Grade Low Iron DE
Celite’s high purity DE technology was implemented a decade ago at their Lompoc CA site (the only marine diatomite mine in the world) for the pharmaceutical industry. This technology is now available to the brewing industry in a wide selection of diatomaceous earth filter aids, called ‘Celite Z grades’.
These Z grades have substantially reduced levels of Beer Soluble Iron, (BSI), in comparison to those standard grades. BSI has a negative effect on beer flavor stability, colloidal stability and gushing is well documented in the literature. However, of paramount importance to the brewer is flavor stability.

Magicol 250AS
This is an unrefined powdered isinglass which gives excellent beer clarity. The product takes longer to dissolve than other isinglass products but has the highest level of collagen, so for brewers prepared to invest the time to dissolve the product the clarities obtained are superb. It is best suited to fining beers in fermenter or aging tanks, prior to filtration.

Magicol 250AC
This is a specialist isinglass blend which contains a high proportion of leaf type isinglass which gives superior clarity. It is useful for beers which are not to be filtered such as cask beer. In addition this formulation contains no sulfur dioxide so it is useful for treating beers fermented with sulfur reducing yeasts. (Beers that when fined exhibit generation of hydrogen sulfide.)

Caskleer Paste
Caskleer Paste is a paste
form of isinglass which
dissolves very rapidly. It has an isinglass formulation well suited to cask beers and gives superb clarity and compact sediment. Since it dissolves very rapidly it may be suitable for brewers preparing the occasional cask.

Biofine Clear
Biofine Clear is a purified colloidal solution of silicic acid (SiO2) in water that has been specially formulated for the rapid sedimentation of yeast and other haze forming particles in beer. (Vegan friendly - no animal products) Shelf life is 24 months from date of manufacture, unopened.

Biofine P019
Biofine P019 is a refined isinglass collagen which has superior dissolution properties. When dissolved in water and added to beer it causes yeast and suspended protein to settle rapidly giving a bright supernatant beer which permits rapid filtration. At higher dose rates filtration may not be necessary.

Alginex
Alginex is a polysaccharide based auxiliary fining agent which is used in conjunction with isinglass to produce brilliant clarity in cask conditioned beers. Alginex consists of strong negatively charged molecules which bind to positively and uncharged particles in beer. This results in the beer containing only particles possessing a negative charge. This renders all the particulate material susceptible to reaction with isinglass, (a positively charged species), and therefore a more complete reaction is obtained and brighter cask beer as a result.
